因為害蟲種類繁多，主要以小型昆蟲如蚜蟲類、番茄斑潛蠅、銀葉粉蝨、黃條葉蚤、南黃薊馬及二點葉等最常見,茲將害蟲簡述如下:

1.蚜蟲類：一般群集於菜心部，花及種莢或葉背吸取營養液，並分泌蜜露誘發煤病，使葉片捲縮或萎凋。蚜蟲體雖小，但其繁殖力大,在初秋及春末乾旱季節易猖獗，宜及時施藥防治，將藥液噴及葉背及蚜蟲群集之心梢處，或可使用三冠牌HunkunNet W32目防蟲網或針織防蟲網以阻隔蚜蟲入侵。

2. 潛蠅類：番茄斑潛蠅，每年3 ~6月及10 ~ 12 月為發生盛期，11月與4 月無雨之乾旱季節為高峰期,超過半年有蟲害。一般隧道式栽培或畦上有覆蓋三冠牌雜草抑制蓆者 , 在三冠牌雜草抑制蓆上常可見到粒粒黃褐色之蛹，成蟲偏好黃色，利用黃色黏板誘殺成蟲或使用三冠牌 24 目防蟲網或果蠅網以阻遏入侵。

3.粉蝨類 : 銀葉粉蝨體長約0.8 ~1.3 公厘，危害作物達 500種以上，初秋至春末之旱季為高峰期，以 3 ~ 6 月及9 ~11 月為生長盛期，26 ~28℃ 之溫室內最適合生長，故宜保持通風。可謂" 超級害蟲" 成蟲偏好黃綠色，可利用黃色或綠色黏盤誘殺或使用三冠牌24 目防蟲網或針織防蟲網以阻遏粉蝨入侵，致於桃紅色、赤色機能性防蟲網效果更可期待。

4. 鞘翅類：黃條葉蚤，體長2.4 ~2.7 公厘，善跳躍及遷移如蚤，危害十字花科如白菜、花椰菜、 甘藍、 芥菜、包心菜、芥藍菜等，可使用三冠牌W 32目防蟲網圍籬，網室周圍宜密閉以阻遏成蟲之入侵。

5.鱗翅類：小菜蛾,幼蟲性活潑，受到干擾時常吐絲垂下逃離現場或不斷彈動後逃走, 有吊絲蟲之雅號，初秋至春末為高峰期，為台灣十字花科蔬菜首要害蟲,是網室栽培中較猖獗之鱗翅目害蟲，高冷地之夏季蔬菜易受嚴重危害，故盡量以單一藥劑防治，發現害蟲菜園需及時整地，以防蔓延及減少蟲源或使用三冠牌16目綠色防蟲網或果蠅網以阻遏入侵。

6. 薊馬類: 體長 0.5 ~7 mm危害期 2 ~ 5 月，花胡瓜因南黃薊馬之為害而無法長大而呈現彎曲畸形之瓜果，在網室栽培之豆科或瓜類幼苗時即可發現成蟲,。蔥薊馬致使葉部出現很多細小之黃白色斑點，酷似病斑，為蒜苔之田園最重要之害蟲，生育期在畦上置藍色黏板可降低族群或使用三冠牌防蟲網或果蠅網以阻遏入侵；致於桃紅色、赤色機能性防蟲網效果更可期待。

7.璊類：二點葉璊，長約0.2公厘，屬八足綱無翅的有害動物，防治上較昆蟲棘手，在瓜類、豆類、甜椒、番茄等作物危害，發生盛期 4 ~10 月，使植株無法生長或枯乾，必須注意田間衛生，以施藥防治或使用三冠牌 24目防蟲網或果蠅網以阻遏入侵。
